Service One is great! I highly recommend to anyone looking for service. Reasonably priced, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I had Nate come out a couple times and every time the issue was resolved, installation was perfect and all completed in a timely manner. He also provided me with tips and knowledge for future use and maintenance. Thank you Nate and Service One I found my forever plumbing company.

I called this morning about water at the base of my toilet. I received a same day appointment. I was given a time frame of between 12-2. My technician arrived in the 12 pm hour, he explained everything he would do and got right to work. He did a good job and he was very knowledgeable. He even gave me tips on how to know if my flapper is bad and advised me to buy battery operated water alarms. I will definitely be investing in water alarms, for every water source in my home. I'm sooo glad I called Service One.

We have always had a great experience with Service1. Our AC wasn’t working. I called to schedule an appointment and was told the timeframe the technician would be arriving. Branden was awesome. He called to let us know when he would be arriving and he was spot on time! He diagnosed the problem, repaired the problem and our AC unit was back up and running. He was one and done! There was no trying to figure out what the issue was…None of that, well it could be this or that. He knew exactly what to do. He also recommended some things we could do to help make our HVAC run more efficiently. Whenever we have any HVAC issues we’re calling Service1. Thanks Branden!

Exceptional service, fair price, would definitely recommend. Bummed that our central air unit failed. They came out at 9:30pm to assess, and the new unit was installed by 1pm the next day. Excellent quality of work as well.

First time using Service 1. They were easy to schedule with, give a 2-hour window, quote the price. They were on time and professional and had my furnace checked and water tank drained with no problems. Definitely recommend.

Could not be happier with Service One. Everybody I spoke to was so incredibly nice. I called on a Sunday when my A/C unit went out and they sent someone over that same night. The next morning I had a new A/C unit installed. Both guys, the one who came out and quoted me and the other who installed the unit were awesome. Both incredibly nice and very patient with answering my questions. I would highly recommend this company!

On the spot.... And fast. The tech knew EXACTLY what was wrong... It wasn't a cheap fix.... But we didn't overheat!!

The guys came out and got my new furnace and condenser installed in a timely manner. House is now much more comfortable. Vance was transparent with the way the units were sized and the options I had available. Price was fair, the install was neat and workmen like. Two thumbs up

Service person asked for permission to come ahead of the scheduled appointment and when granted he appeared on time. Was courteous and professional throughout the appointment and answered nicely all my questions. The job was performed to my total satisfaction in the tight space of the house that is more than 100 years old 👍👍

Tech did great job replacing dryer flexible gas hookup, also did a cleanup on nearby drain trap that was clogged. Friendly and professional, 5 star job!

A1 service was exceptional in getting my air conditioner back up and running. If you need HVAC service. Give them a call!! Will be using them again.

Brandon arrived at my home within 20 minutes of me calling Service One. He was thorough and fixed the problem with my AC unit, explaining everything to me as he went along with his testing.

They showed up within the time frame we were told. Our plumber was very courteous and polite. He worked quickly to install our new kitchen faucet. I was extremely happy with the service we received and would recommend them to anyone.

We've hired Service 1 multiple times for water heater installation, faucet installation, main valve replacement, and some repiping jobs. The plumber we worked with was very thorough and knowledgeable, and always willing to answer our questions. I highly recommend.
