You have earned a customer! Your technician Branden S. who serviced my Furnace and A/C went above and beyond! From being on time to explaining the problem and then replacing my furnace motor, which I knew was on it's way out. Branden was very respectful and courteous! I will call him every time I need work done. And my dog Maui says thanks for the back scratches!

John from Service 1 installed a Nest thermostat as well as performing a furnace check up before the cold weather arrives. He educated me about flushing the hot water heater so I had him do that as well. He was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. I am new to the area so I appreciate finding a reliable company to help me maintain my HVAC system.

Brian, the Service One technician, was very knowledgeable, personable and efficient. As soon as I described the problem he went out to his vehicle to get the necessary equipment to resolve the problem with my water leaking, a plugged hose. He resolved the problem quickly, put everything back to where it should be and took extra precautions to prevent future similar problems. Thank you very much Brian.
