I just want to thank John for the great Honest work he did ! We were quoted from another company that I would need another furnace ! John did a thorough inspection and reassured me that the other company was wrong and that my furnace was perfectly fine!! Not only did he save me money but he made me and my family feel safe knowing there was nothing wrong with the furnace. He took his time and checked his work to make sure everything was up to standard, he was also very friendly and I highly recommend not only John he truly did an amazing job!

Service 1 was absolutely great! From the salesman Richard to the two Installers (Randy and ?), everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy! They arrived at exactly 8:00 am and were done installing both the AC and Furnace by 2:00 pm. They took time to explain everything and cleaned up after themselves. They even sanitized the doorknobs they used on their way out. Really, two great installers and an honest upfront salesmen. I got 4 quotes before committing to them. They were slightly lower then a couple of other quotes when comparing apples to apples. When coupled with their financing options and my overall gut feeling of their service, it wasn’t even in question who I was going with. For all these reasons, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND service 1 for your HVAC needs. Updated 11/4/24 Regular HVAC maintenance is great. Service Tech is friendly and professional and thorough. I continue to highly recommend Service 1.

Their service tech John/Jon did a clean and check of our furnace before we run it for the first time. Scheduling and payments were easy. Took his time cleaning and checking everything. He did a good job informing us what he'd recommend get done, why it needed to, and when without being pushy. We will continue to use them for any repairs and annual checks on our furnace and AC.

I had Nate come out a couple times and every time the issue was resolved, installation was perfect and all completed in a timely manner. I called this morning about water at the base of my toilet. I received a same day appointment. I was given a time frame of between 12-2. My technician arrived in the 12 pm hour, he explained everything he would do and got right to work. He did a good job and he was very knowledgeable. He even gave me tips on how to know if my flapper is bad and advised me to buy battery operated water alarms. I will definitely be investing in water alarms, for every water source in my home. I'm sooo glad I called Service One.
