Great techs for service calls. Seem to be thorough and efficient. Just got an AC unit put in, the real test will come on a warmer day but, till then, everything has been great.
*Update* So we moved into this house back in 2020. I'm going to go ahead and say that the previous owners just dealt with the temperature in the summer and didn't mind. When the repair tech came out, all he mentioned was that there are bigger units if you want them, not need them. I explained that the past few summers the house would only go down to 75 lowest on warmer days. So yes, it seemed that our A/C was just not producing the cooling because it was breaking down. After some quick Google searches it seems that a house of our size should have a 5 ton unit to cool efficiently. We just got another 3 ton unit. I just think as a tech it should be explained to a customer what their home requires, not just brushed off as, "you could get a bigger one, but thats up to you." I'm not in HVAC. I don't know what kind of units homes need. So here we are on a 90 degree day with this thing pumping 12 hours straight just to get us at 75 degrees. 3 stars for being quick and friendly, but if we had known this, we would've just gotten a bigger unit to cool properly and efficiently.
