Service One got someone out in about 2-3 hours after calling. Great tech, very knowledgeable and patient with me, (I’m an old lady wanting to observe and ask questions about everything. 🤓 ) and John R. was very professional and didn’t mind answering my questions. The issue was resolved and had maintenance done and also John noticed a minor gas leak and fixed that too. Also glad he cleaned up these burners in the photo. My Trane 2 stage high efficiency furnace is only 3 years old . Every year we had it inspected, by a different company I just had a yearly inspection/maintenance 4 months ago and don’t believe they did what they claimed, especially the gas leak they “checked”, who knows. But I plan on sticking with Service One from now on. Honestly the tech is what will make me a repeat customer. I plan to have them out in spring for A/c check.

We have been a very satisfied customer of Service One over the last few years for both HVAC and Plumbing needs! In recent years, we have replaced our entire HVAC system and the team did a beautiful job! More recently, we have required water heater, kitchen faucet, sump and ejector pump replacements. All of which have been expertly installed by Al. Al is very knowledgeable and skilled and respectful of our home - we trust him completely with all our plumbing needs! Most recently, our sump pump drainage was blocked by adjacent property roots, which Al and Nate worked diligently to clear and resolve this critical issue for us. Jim, the owner, even approved a rescope of our drain to ensure everything was clear, thank you, Jim! Our compliments also to Corey, who is always friendly and accommodating when answering our service calls. We actually feel like we have become friends with Al, since he has been to our house so frequently! He even responds to our text when critical! If you are looking for a trustworthy, skilled and fair HVAC/Plumbing company, look no further - call Service One! We highly recommend them and call them for all our needs!

Had a leak from upstairs bathroom into closet in hallway downstairs. I called on a Saturday morning for emergency service! Nate called on his way within the time frame from 10-12. Nate was extremely amazing! He not only did a great job he also found the problem right away!! Very respectful, knowledgeable and fixed correctly and made sure everything was good to go and that the problem was resolved!! Great work and inexpensive price for emergency call! Problem with toilet service rep was able to replace the inside equipment. Problem fixed at more than half the price of replacing. They were early and did a great job

Had a great experience with this company. The service technician, Brandon was amazing and very knowledgeable and shared details about my furnace, that no other technician or company, bothered to mention which was important information, for me. I truly appreciate the great customer service and Brandon for his expertise and knowledge.

Our service technician, John, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He efficiently serviced our unit and demonstrated to each of us how to do it ourselves next year. We appreciate the good service provided by Service 1 Plumbing and would recommend them to others.

I needed my HWH repaired and Nate came out and worked on the starter pilot and was able to get it up and running. Kindly stayed to make sure it was continuing to run! Professional and nice person! I also had Service 1 out for a furnace check up and discovered a number of issues! I ordered a new furnace and they were out 2 days later to install the new furnace! Install went smoothly and some wiring issue came up and the lead installer reached out for assistance and the tech will follow up! Although not perfect the install team did their job and cleaned up after. Morales discussed the issue and it will be resolved.

Dealing with Service 1 has been such an excellent experience for us. We have had a few plumbing issues which were particularly challenging in our house and they have gone above and beyond to solve these. The technicians have been prompt, communicated well and have been very professional. I highly recommend this company based on the excellent service we have received!

Every member of Service 1 is a problem solver who listens. Every interaction with them over the past 3 years has been well above expectations. Each individual has been pleasant and professional. They stand by their work in a very timely manner. I was most impressed by the lack of pressure related sales tactics and just how "available" they are. I have a very dependable, efficient, and quiet HVAC system because of them.

Service 1 did a great job installing our new bathroom faucet! Today they installed a new kitchen faucet and they did a great job. They also inspected our air conditioning unit and furnace.

The tech was friendly, worked quickly and pleasant experience. A quick review of what he did to check the furnace out would have been nice. I had to ask if everything was good and he basically just said yes. You always want to know what you’re paying for.

Service 1 came out quickly on a Sunday night, diagnosed my problem and they were very reasonable with the fee. The serviceman was very friendly and conscientious with the repairs. I will strongly recommend them to others in the Dell Web community

These guys were awesome They came out on black Friday early morning and finished in plenty of time for me to get to work. Also I did not have enough money to pay at the time so they allowed me to pay a week later when I got paid. We had gone several days without a functioning toilet so their kindness was greatly appreciated.
