John from Service 1 installed a Nest thermostat as well as performing a furnace check up before the cold weather arrives. He educated me about flushing the hot water heater so I had him do that as well. He was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. I am new to the area so I appreciate finding a reliable company to help me maintain my HVAC system.

Brian, the Service One technician, was very knowledgeable, personable and efficient. As soon as I described the problem he went out to his vehicle to get the necessary equipment to resolve the problem with my water leaking, a plugged hose. He resolved the problem quickly, put everything back to where it should be and took extra precautions to prevent future similar problems. Thank you very much Brian. Tech was on time and let me know when he was 10 minutes out, explained everything and made recommendations on what needed to be repaired and what was optional. Great experience with this company and their techs. Competitive prices and easy to work with.
