Cannot recommend them enough! Our Tech, John, came out same day, did a thorough inspection and was able to point out the problem for us. Extremely friendly, answered every question I had on what happened, what’s being fixed and how we can run our unit better.

I made an appointment around 5:30 am. By 10:45 a service tech was out here. Less than 45 minutes start to finish. Replaced a blower motor. Highly recommend Service 1.

Nate was our technician and he was prompt, professional, polite, and personable. He is a skilled plumber who correctly diagnosed a complex sump pump problem and provided a solution that will stand the test of time. Lauren was the dispatcher and was also, prompt, professional and polite. We got a same day appointment; in fact, he was here in about an hour, from initial phone call to Nate's arrival. Would highly, highly recommend.

My whole experience was great. It was easy to set up appointment that happened within a week, Brandon was on time, completed the work thoroughly, and gave me an explanation of what was completed. Very professional.

After calling several emergency places because my son’s Nest thermostat went out, and we couldn’t get the new one to work, we called Service 1. The customer service we received from Jim was just unbelievable. He helped us get the new thermostat installed, and spent as much time as we needed to get the furnace back on line. This company, and Jim, understands how important it is to have a working furnace when the wind chill is -25. We can’t say enough about this company. We would recommend without hesitation. After our furnace was installed on 3/14/23, we noticed a noise as the unit was completing a cycle. We were pleased that it would only take 24 hours for a technician to come out. VANCE SZENDZIAL arrived at 12:30, at the beginning of the quoted window, 12:30-2:30. VANCE was pleasant and courteous. He discovered the problem immediately. The entire repair lasted 15 minutes. What a wonderful experience to have the repair completed so quickly and with such respect for our time.

Service 1 Plumbing is the best Plumbing service company I have ever used. Patrick and his son are awesome!!! They come out quickly and replace what we need, their prices are reasonable and won't charge you for something you don't need, again I highly recommend them!!!!

Brandon did a great job on the new install estimate and Aaron did a very professional job of installing the furnace all in a very timely matter.

I called Service 1 on a sunday morning. My water heater was dead and I had no hot water after a different plumber offered me little diagnostic help and no path forward the day prior. Service 1 was at my house by 10 AM that morning. Vance spent a good amount of time disassembling and diagnosing but ultimately concluded I needed a new part that needed to be ordered. He also found considerable rust as he disassembled, so I decided the best path forward was water heater replacement. Service 1 had two individuals out to my house the first thing monday morning to totally replace the heater, and repair some of the associated exhaust lines that were corroded. I really appreciate that they promptly addressed and corrected my issue. I don't think the job was easy given the tight space in which they were working. Lastly, they helped me file a claim with my home warranty a few days later by agreeing to have the diagnosing technician call the warranty company and discuss his findings. That felt "above and beyond" and I appreciate them helping to save me a little money.

I chose Service One to inspect and clean my ac and furnace because of their reviews and availability. Ultimately they replaced the AC unit and replaced the furnace's ignitor switch. My furnace and ac are both over 15 years old. I was having periodic issues with the AC so I was expecting the need to replace at least the AC. Brandon did the inspection and cleaning. He was professional and efficient. He explained his findings, and showed me his readings to support his findings. It all made sense based on my previous "research" - I looked a several independent sites before calling anyone for service. He was not pushy at all. I asked him to explain my options. He did, and I decided to get a new unit. The price was in line with expectations, if not a little better. Randy did the installation and repairs later that week., I could not have asked for a more courteous and professional person. He worked around the issue that my son had an impromptu job interview, so as to minimize the noise when needed. I can continue to enjoy the summer knowing that I will not have AC issues, and can approach the winter with some comfort that is very unlikely that I will have issues with my heating system. Service One is a great company to do business with....
