I don't want to speak to AI. When I call and it says you're open, I can speak then and that's when I want to talk to somebody. If I wanted to submit a form I would. If you call back while I'm at work and I'm unable to answer the phone a lot of good your AI does me.

We replaced our 30 year old heating and cooling system with a Trane unit from Service 1 and could not be happier. Vance was super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We have had the furnace and A/C units checked every heating and cooling season since purchasing and have not had any issues. Service 1 has been great for us for over two years now.

Technician Vance called ahead, arrived on time, and completed a very thorough furnace cleaning. He also changed the air filter. He explained in detail what he accomplished during the post cleaning review. He did an OUTSTANDING job and is one of the reasons we use Service 1 year after year!!

Service 1 in Shorewood is always there when you need it. Prompt service after hours when my furnace stopped working and the house was cold. David Raw showed up in the evening as promised, inspected the furnace and diagnosed the problem. Great job. Thank you David.

Unbelievably awesome service. Had a problem with my kitchen sink leaking and I called this morning and they had a service person out SAME DAY! 👏👍🤛🏻 technicianDiagnosed the problem was the garbage disposal leaking and suggested a source to buy In order to save me money WOW!!! WOW!!! TRIPLE WOW! And come back and install the new Disposal. Saved me about $200! Thank you SERVICE 1-

Great service Morales the tech that installed it was very professional and helpful was above and beyond treated my install like it was his house clean install and made sure everything was working before left and clean up his area as well would highly recommend going with him again

Used Service1 for the annual servicing of our AC system and it was well worth it! Vance came out and performed a thorough and detailed servicing of our system, explaining what was necessary and what wasn’t. Highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future!

Technician called ahead of arriving. He was on time. He performed an annual tune up. He was concerned about our safety by asking if we had carbon dioxide detectors, even though we had no issues with our furnace. He asked if I had any conerns.

Vance Szendzial knows his stuff and is super patient — he explains the best tips for keeping my furnace running. I always go to him for furnace and humidifier maintenance and repairs.
