Service 1 came out quickly on a Sunday night, diagnosed my problem and they were very reasonable with the fee. The serviceman was very friendly and conscientious with the repairs. I will strongly recommend them to others in the Dell Web community

These guys were awesome They came out on black Friday early morning and finished in plenty of time for me to get to work. Also I did not have enough money to pay at the time so they allowed me to pay a week later when I got paid. We had gone several days without a functioning toilet so their kindness was greatly appreciated.

Vance was very thorough servicing our furnace. He informed us of some oil residue that he determined was old after checking the motor. We did have to have the motor replaced about 4 years ago. He also noted some old water marks. He explained everything which we appreciated. Vance was professional, courteous and respectful. Please send him back next year!

We replaced our 30 year old heating and cooling system with a Trane unit from Service 1 and could not be happier. Vance was super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We have had the furnace and A/C units checked every heating and cooling season since purchasing and have not had any issues. Service 1 has been great for us for over two years now.

Technician Vance called ahead, arrived on time, and completed a very thorough furnace cleaning. He also changed the air filter. He explained in detail what he accomplished during the post cleaning review. He did an OUTSTANDING job and is one of the reasons we use Service 1 year after year!!
