We were able to get an appointment for next day but then they called back & got us someone within a few hours. The repair was done quickly. The technician was friendly & professional & fixed the problem quickly. The price was fair. We would definitely call them again.

Used Service1 for the annual servicing of our AC system and it was well worth it! John came out and performed a thorough and detailed servicing of our system, explaining what was necessary and what wasn’t. Highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future!

I’m very happy that I hired Service 1 Inc for the tuneup of my furnace and AC units. Brandon, the technician, called me to let me know he was going to be an hour and a half early. Which is unheard of when dealing with home mechanical services. That made me super happy. He did a thorough job of cleaning and inspecting and provided a detailed report when complete. I highly recommend them.

Service 1 took care of our central air unit today. They sent a technician, John, within a reasonable time frame. He was professional, knowledgeable, explained the problem and the "fix," answered all my questions, and didn't hesitate to get right back to work when stung by a bee! Great attitude and customer service. Nice to have the house cool again already and to be reminded of how to best to maintain our system.

Vance came out to give us an estimate, he was on time, honest, and thorough in explaining all our options. even told us wed be able to get our AC replaced within a few days! unfortunately we did not get the names of the two gentlemen that replaced our AC and furnace, but they were on time (early actually), respectful, timely, and did a great job along with cleanup.

John, from Service 1 Inc.,was amazing. He was professional, informative, and respectful. We 100% recommend the services of this company. The prices were reasonable and they were persistent in their arrival date and time.

I have come to rely on Service 1 for plumbing issues. Yesterday Saturday was the first time I needed them for my HVAC. My a/c decided to stop working properly during this heat wave. I was able to get a technician out on Sunday and come to find out it was my 23 year old furnace. Service one did not disappoint! It took some hours but I have air again and I'm a happy camper!

Took a bit to write an actual review but here goes: I had two other companies give me an estimate before I found service 1 and so glad I did find service 1. The minute I started talking to Vance I knew this would be the company I went with. Felt very comfortable right away In speaking with him and going over what I needed…which was a new a/c and furnace unit. The first two places I called the first thing they said after Hi was throwing the word tariff around and throwing Freon numbers at me telling me how it was more expensive now than two years ago….which was of course the red flag of your getting ripped off….and going over my estimate with Vance realized the other two companies were ripping me off. Went ahead and scheduled my appointment and everything was great. The guys who installed cleaned up everything and left it how it was before they started. All In all they are now my go to company and the first company I recommend when I hear people asking for someone who can help with a/c heating or plumbing issues. I’ve never used them for plumbing but they’d be my first call out of anyone just from the experience I received with the a/c and furnace. So thank you

97 degrees and the AC went out. After unsuccessful attempts going thru our home warranty service we reached out to Service 1. Why we didn't in the first place is a mystery as we have always had excellent service from them. Shout out to Mike our tech who got us up and running as well as explained the importance of regular checkups for the system. Hoise is cooling down as we speak. Thank you Service 1!
