Very good service happy

Replaced an AC and furnace. Great service, communication, and execution. Highly recommend. Vance led me through the process leading up to the work and was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Erin who had performed the installation did so very efficiently, clean, and was also very courteous. The folks working here are certainly pros.

Service One showed up and completed the several plumbing related jobs in my home. They were professional and considerate of my home. The plumbers accurately assessed and repaired my situations in a timely and efficient manner! I've had other plumbing services perform some work and did not call them back. I would use Service One again and would like to add their pricing is fair.

Two bright, friendly and helpful young men found what I needed, went out and got the stuff, returned, made repairs and were done and left smiling in less than two hours. I just witnessed a miracle. And I thank you.

Morales and Aaron were polite, worked quietly, and made sure everything was picked up and put back. There were some unexpected mechanical issues but they were quick to fix them and made sure everything was in good working condition. Thank you guys!

I called Service 1 on Friday, March 15 because the furnace stopped working. A Service 1 technician arrived on Saturday, March 16, diagnosed the problem, and recommended installation of a new Trane, 120,000 BTU, high efficiency furnace. We thought the price was reasonable, and accepted the offer. A Service 1 technician installed the new furnace in a few hours on Monday, March 18. So far, it seems to be working well; in fact it seems to be heating better than our old 120,000 BTU furnace.

They came at the appointed time, worked professionally, and cleaned up the back.

Can't say a bad word about Service One. They installed our furnaces (house & garage) & perform annual checkups & maintenance. They are always quick to answer the phone, quick to arrive, very professional and great pricing. I highly recommend!

Vance has been our service guy now twice and each time we are blown away by what a great technician he is. He goes above and beyond to ensure you are informed and helps to teach you proper care and maintenance for your furnace and A/C. He is very quick and efficient but extremely thorough. His personality is so warm and welcoming and non judgmental. We look forward to having him back to our home for our future needs! Thank you Service 1 and Vance!!!!

The repairman was courteous and thorough explaining the problem to me. He got the furnace running after resetting a fuse and cleaning the burners.

The plumbers where precise with there work.Also, neat and clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called early in the am, they were available and here by 9am, sales representative was very knowledgeable and explained about repairs vs new furnace. I decided to go with a new furnace. The Sale Rep. called it in and said the person that install could be at the house by 1030, Morales did a wonderful job and he was very professional and knowledgeable too. Thank you all for being there when needed and a well well done. Really like my new furnace.

First time using Service 1. Found them through mail flyer. I received an “I’m on my way phone call,” which I appreciated and arrived on time with timeframe I was given. Charged me a fair price to clean and service 2 Trane furnaces. Replaced 2 April Aire filters too. Excellent service. Gave us good advice on what filters to use. They honored the coupon price and didn’t pull the bait and switch like so many companies. I will definitely use them again.
